Kappyscoins: He has a store in the Boston area and I try to support him occasionally. I would guess at this point most of his sales are via ebay, although when I visit the store there are usually people there.
stampos: inexpensive Scandinavia
vilgal: decent mixtures off paper--I just bought 8oz. of off paper mixture with no CTO for $14.90 shipped which is less than 1 cent per stamp
philatelic-books: general worldwide

I have also ordered from Jay Smith and Associates website--he is most noted for Scandinavia but I've found interesting worldwide there as well.
