So I have this certified stamp, but even after searching the scoot number I can't seem to find it. online. I'm new, please be patient :) Also, I hope this is in the right section and such.

Anyway, here it is. Trying see if this is special or rare.....or really any info at all.

Hi maid, and welcome to the forum. The info you are looking for is all on the certificate including the Scott number, so what exactly are you asking?

I don't know how Scott organises these, but the stamp is from Sicily, not Italy, so I presume that you'll find it under "Sicily" itself or "Italian States".

Yes, that was my problem. It was from Sicily not Italy. I was searching the wrong thing. Thanks again.
