Thank you for showing this. The 1931 Charkhari issue resulted in many 'errors' of printing and perforation which were probably produced for collectors. Some of the missing colours, inverted centres and imperf/imperf between varieties are genuinely scarce, but the misplaced centres such as this are maybe worth a dollar or two as curiosities.
