I am not sure when this was made, it was with the card above, postmarked 1909, perhaps from that timeframe.

Looking at the style of the frame and the divided backside, I would put it in the 1905-1913 time frame.

If this is in the United States:
1907 is the earliest since March 1907 is when divided back were allowed by the postal service.
It's not too clear, but if it says printed in Germany at lower left corner on back, then 1915 is a good end date. WWI put a stop to German imports for awhile.
