That's actually one area where it's advantageous to purchase pages from smaller boutique brands like Palo rather than mass-market brands like Lighthouse, Lindner, etc. With those, you're at the whim of what is currently in production, whereas with Palo, since they create many of the page sets on demand as one-offs, you know there's a 2-3 week timeframe for delivery. And they haven't missed one yet for me.

For example, by default their page sets are printed in color, with black & white only on request. I only ever order black & white, and even the obscure hingeless sets, e.g., U.S. stock transfer revenues, they've had to me in under 3 weeks.

Made my first order from Palo last month, pleased with service and quality. They produced hingeless B&W pages for some French African colonies, and shipped to Canada, in less than 3 weeks. Will be ordering again as I undertake to transfer old WW collection over.

Doesn't DHL have some sort of contact I can use to find out if this has entered the mail stream yet? I tried to locate a link to that using their web pge, my information is all in Dutch. I an translate it but I just can't figure where to go. If anyone knows of a contact to use to check on why this shipment seems standing still over a week I'd appreciate it.

I still think it hasn't left the Lighthouse warehouse in Germany and they are closed the balance of this month. I think this seller is making up things to save the sale.

1-800-225-5345 is the DHL number to help you find out what is going on.

Called DHL today. They have no record of the tracking # I have. Odd because when I enter it I get the information alluded to, it' still showing that shipping is at a standstill. All they could suggest was to contact the seller. I did so.

I clicked on the send for the message. Five minutes later my doorbell rang. It was the package. Everything is OK.

I think along the line someone passed on an incorrect tracking number. No sense trying to figure it out. I'll put it down to the time of year. International shipping just doesn't seem as smooth in the Summer.
