I bought a small collection from Bulgaria and found these three stamps. Can't find them in the catalogue but on pintrest they are listed as "extremely rare". Can anyone tell me more about them ?
(a) 2 st slate-green and drab of 15/8/86 (b) 10 st carmine and green, of either 1927 (no wmk) or 1935 (wmk wavy lines) (c) 50 st black and rose of 1/2/1928.
a good rule is to never trust 3rd person valuations on anything.
another good rule of thumb is that people with little understand ALWAYS assume they have the most valuable version of a stamp with little concern to perforation, watermarks, colorshades etc.
try using stampworld if your catalogue is lacking, it's not perfect or complete, but has a lot of pictures that may help.
