For the 1938-46 KGVI pictorials, Steiner has 2 spaces for the 2½p issue. The other major cat numbers match.

Steiner does not mention in the box of any differences like color as usually done.

Going to Scott, the 2½p is 87 and there is a minor variety in 87b (blue & black). What is not consistent is that there similar minor varieties for the 1p's, 2p, and 6p but no spaces.

Angore,
Time to buy a new set, it looks like the spaces are there in my pages.
Page 6 has 18 spaces.

Rod,

My version has 18 spaces too. My question is why just that one minor variety.

Aha, I see what you are getting at.
Yes, missing the minor varieties.

OK, so in my experience Mr. Steiner does this on occasions, cannot recall any in particular, perhaps Turkey which I do a lot of varieties.
He offers to perhaps amend pages if brought to his attention.
I never took that route, and just made my own pages for the varieties.
Last time I emailed him regarding Redonda, he never responded.

I just figured it out. The 2#189;p and 6p are Scott 101 and 102.

Fixed.
