This set of stamps is listed in the stampworld catalog, but I was looking for the scott number and cannot find them in my scott catalog. Does anybody know their scott number, or do they just not exist in the scott catalog? What is the deal with them?

Perhaps you are not looking in the right place in your catalogue. I believe the 4 stamps in the Livy set are numbered Scott #B43-46. These are regarded by Scott as semi-postal stamps, as they include a charity contribution in addition to the postal cost. They are listed with the prefix B, following after the normal listing for Italy. Likewise airmail stamps, prefixed C are listed separately, following on after the semi-postal stamps.
