I have an old world collection (my uncle switched to US and UN stamps only in warly 1950's)

some mounted on pages from a old album, but many loose or in unlabled envelopes..this one is defying all my efforts to identify

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check for a watermark.
I think it could be Sc# 227 1931 Unwatermarked, or Sc#279 if Wmk.

no watermark, just an inkstain on the rear, which oddly enough almost is the shape of the country Bulgaria...

German Stamps
I have some German Stamps that were left to me by my Grandmother and have been in a shoe box for years in Stamp album and recently moved and found them and wanted to know if rare and value.The photos I have uploaded are of the Germania Pfennig 10 that are different colours and the German Orange President Stamp has a overprint on it.Please help if possible

Hi,it's not an overprint. Your stamp is a "A" perfin with some machine cancellation.

I don't think so but some perfins are uncommon.Can you read the two letters over A ?
