Frank Geiger - Still In Business?

This was one of the major Eastern dealers for years, apparently they relocated South. They have a page on their site listing a fascinating array of used and remaindered albums and catalogs:

About a year ago I sent them a message asking for quotes on some things. I got a reply some weeks later that they were still settling in and would be back in touch. I followed up a few months back, no reply.

Antone familiar with them who knows what's going on?

Why not phone? Their phone number is right there in the upper right corner of every one of their web pages.

We can complain all we wish, but the fact is that many dealers do not timely reply to e-mail and, as a matter of culture, don't "live by" the e-mail in-box. There was even an article in a recent issue of American Stamp Dealer & Collector explaining why replying to e-mail should be the last thing a busy dealer should do.

Same here. I submitted an order in November, but no response.

I guess that makes sense from the ASDA. (not)

I have had the same problem. Frank Sr. turned the business over to Frank Jr. last July. I was able to contact Frank Jr. in November, but not since. Not only are there no replies to e-mails, but the phone does not answer and it is impossible to leave a message because the mailbox is full. It is possible that there is some reason beyond their control for this situation. If you are an APS member, you can ask for their help. I am going to wait a little bit longer and keep trying before taking that route, but it is all I can think of at this point.
