Hello to the forum!
I have a stamp I believe to be #518b and I would like someone to look at it and tell which you think it is? There seems to be creases in the stamp in lower left and right corners. It is also off set. It dark brown, no other colors as with #518.

Unfortunately there is no conclusive way to determine from a fuzzy photo. The only real way to determine is to compare it side by side with known examples.
