I've seen previous threads about this sort of thing, and these types of listings are all over ebay. Where are people getting the idea that "red line" equals big money? It's too prevalent to be accidental. Is there some sort of mainstream media source/article that otherwise clueless people are getting this notion from?

It's bizarre.
