New Here, Interested In All Things Match & Medicine

Hi,
I've had a SCF account for some time, but never really used it. So definitely a SCF newbie.

As the title implies I collect US Private Die Revenue stamps (Match & Medicines) as well as other random items related to the M&M companies. A long time stamp collector, I've sold off most everything and just collect M&Ms now.

I've done some searches and have found some interesting threads here. Not being familiar with the landscape or mechanics of SCF does anyone have suggestions for someone with my particular affliction?

Forum messaging system does not allow emails for users with less then 50 posts (for safety reasons).

Oops. I knew he couldn't send them, but didn't realize he couldn't receive one being sent by a full member. Mea culpa.

SCF might want to reconsider that one-way option. If a reply is needed, the full member could include their email address for the newbie to utilize. That would keep such information/discussion off the visible board while still allowing member to member communications.

You might be interested in downloading the free U.S. topical pages entitled "Medicine on Stamps". They have spaces for all U.S. definitive and commemorative issues on the topic, plus the four new 2018 UN World Health Day stamps. They do not include the corresponding revenues.

I think the comment was that I couldn't send email via SCF, but since I got your email I could reply via that. But I may be confused. :)

As for your email, thanks but I am only interested in the Match & Medicine stamps and the companies that printed them. I'm not really interested in the general medicine topic.

I didn't noticed that some posted to this thread. Is there a way to either be notified that someone posted, or have threads that I've posted to be separately listed?

Also, I've noticed that most people do not sign their posts. It is policy? I didn't see anything in the rules about using names, just not posting email addresses.

You have to setup notifications in your profile. The notifications just tell you a post has been made but does not include what was posted.
