In sorting my stamps with theme "Zeppelin" I noticed a marking on the back of the C18. It is not well defined, but I hope that some Russia expert can help me out. Is it the mark of an expertiser or just a symbol of a previous owner? I appreciate any help.
Thank you!
Peter

I would say that it is from adherence of another stamp or album page illustration to the C18.

I think rogdcam is right. Since the stamp is used I would soak it again and see if the mark (adherence) comes off.
