Hello,
I see that Scott catalogue has a checklist for Europa stamps for 1973 and before. Does anyone have a source or website for a Scott checklist for Europa stamps for 1974 to current?

up to 1973, all participating nations used a common design. beginning in 1974, this was changed nto a common "theme", with each country using their own interpretation of the "theme" for their designs on the stamps.

Check with the American Topical Association at www.americantopicalassn.org . They have a checklist or the "Europa" issues

At www.americantopicalassn.org., I found you have to become a member and pay for checklists. I found a free checklist at stampworld.com (do an Advanced Search by topic and year).

I also found that if you do a search on ebay and list abbreviations afterwards (sc for Scott, mi for Michel, sg for Stanley Gibbons, etc.), the seller may list that number in their auction. I enjoyed the 2017 castle and 2018 bridge themes and am looking forward to this year's bird theme. Are there any websites that specialize with the latest themes and sell them?
