Dadinda, you have a "Mail-o-meter" perforated stamp - to ID it check the "Vending and affixing machine perforation" chapter in the Scott catalog or go to www.stampsmarter.com .

Single line watermark 408 is common.Unwatermarked, 481 is very rare. The mailometer hole alignment looks questionable this stamp, possible fake.
