I don't see clearly defined independent topic about the Postal Stationery which is one of the main fields in the philately.
It covers stamped
envelopes and
postal cards issued by the relevant postal authority. The
Indicium is a common feature here.
Can someone create this category within the main section:
World Stamps and Covers Discussions (There should be one and for the USA section, of course.)
