I think these stamps are the same...Scott 400. Which one would you want in your collection...assuming you wanted one!

Both appear to be Type 2 overprints, but you'd have to measure the distance between the C and H. Neither match the diagnostics of the listed forgery. I personally prefer the left one. The overinking on the right example makes it muddled.
