There is no perforation for the stamp even though there are perforation dots in front. I have confirmed from the sheets on the internet that the stamp comes with perforation. Just no idea what the value is...

Your in the wrong section........looks like a forgery ,can you put a regular sheet next to your sample . The gold leafing around the center design looks of poor quality .Also are the black dots {perforations} printed on your sheet ?

Someone has put a perforated sheet for sale. The black dots were printed on the sheet, could be part of the Chinese printing process, I am not sure.

I am not an expert in this area but there are significant differences between your sheet and the one on ebay.

Carefully compare the shapes of the characters along top and bottom. They are different/different typeface.
Bottom inscription is gray black at the top, black at the bottom in the normal S/S and single, yellow brown/gold in the "error". The series number in the normal below the "1" has a stop between "J" and "45", the other does not.

In the central arms, a strong black is printed after the yellow brown/gold to make the details "pop" and look 3-D. It looks as if they were printed the other way around in the "error". At the very least, the shading of the design parts (stars, Tiananmen, frame) in the latter are very different, as are the details in the sheaves of grain.

Forgery, I think.
