It is Great Britain and depending on watermark:

Scott #309 $2.25 1955; #371 $.45c 1959; #525 $.50c 1968

To figure out which stamp this is you need to check to see which watermark it has.



#309 has wm #308.......#371 has wm #322.......#525 has no wm.
