I had this fall out of the binder. I was not able to see what country its from. I wanna say it's great Britain. Any help is appreciated.

Great Britain - the absence of country name is the key distinguishing factor.

Yes, it's a British 1d red from the 1858-79 "no stars" issue. It seems to be from plate 160 (the number is located in the left and right side lacework).
