My SG only lists Magenta / Sage Green color for this stamp. I've heard that aniline colors can bleed through like this on mint stamps. Had anyone seen aniline variety listed separately for this stamp, or this can be generalized under "shades".

The "Bermuda Specialized Catalogue" which was published by the Bermuda Collectors' Society in 2012 lists two printings for this 3d stamp.
Aniline Magenta and Sage Green which was dispatched to the Colony on August 24, 1903. 26.160 stamps were printed.
Magenta and Sage Green which was dispatched sometime in February, 1904. 48,000 stamps were printed.
They value the Aniline Magenta shade at double the Magenta one.

The Stanley Gibbons Catalogue does not list it, but the 1980 Commonwealth Five Reigns Catalogue does show a 3d Purple & Sage and a 3d Magenta & Sage - which is probably the Aniline issue. It is also valued at double.

It is a nice discovery on your part and one of the reasons it pays to look over your stamps.
