The stampsmarter.com site that has been referred to, or the Scott stamp catalogs at your local library are your friends for identifying these. Once identified, the ballpark value is easy to discover. No professionals needed.

The first stamp appears to be unwatermarked, therefore Scott 303, catalog value $.25, if watermarked Scott 248, cat. val. of $.25. The second stamp is Scott 125, cat val $2-4.

Uh, the first stamp sure looks watermarked to me with several sideways crowns and CofA's, thus Scott 248.
