These weird stamps have been around for some time, not sure if anyone here collects these. The stamps that apparently play the national anthem of Bhutan are said to be rising in value by the year. Here is a write up on the stamps:

I am contemplating whether to get one that is actually used as a postage stamp. Nice to have it in the collection. Not sure if they all play the same tune but the white one sounds nice.

I believe they are still valid to post a letter from Bhutan to any UPU nation!

Don't think these stamps are produced for postal use anymore. The mint ones are still valid for use, but the letter will probably go missing with an expensive collectible on the cover. Can however try sending using registered mail.
