Hi

Do not see anything on this stamp I recognize. Image in center is the only clue. I don't know who he is. Does anyone have an idea what Country this stamp belongs to?

Thanks again. I really have to purchase a set of Scott Catalogs. Right now my only copy is in my local library.

Enquire at the Library, to see if you can put your name down to purchase the catalogue, when New ones arrive and are updated.

I did that for the Gibbons catalogue in Australia, and purchased at minimal cost.

Thanks Rod. That's an idea I hadn't considered. I'll have to see if my library has such a policy.
