Label inscribed H.K.C. 50 Pfennig postmarked Chemnitz and coat of arms. Help in identification.

H.K.C. = Handelskammer Chemnitz, or Chamber of Commerce of Chemnitz. So, this is probably a member's dues fee stamp...probably from a card or booklet to show/prove it was paid.
