Help With Ebay Feedback Issue

I had a buyer give me a negative feedback on ebay.
The feedback was:

"very nice AAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++"

The buyer then wrote to me that he left negative feedback by mistake, and he was trying to fix it.

Has anyone had any experience having an issue like this?

Is there a procedure that I need to go through with ebay to have this removed?

Any help is appreciated.

Is there an ebay form of feedback revision request?
I gave my seller negative feedback after he tried messing with me, and I'm willing to change that after he mend the situation.
But I couldn't find any option to change my feedback on my own.

I've always seen a reminder above the "Leave Feedback" button, "Once feedback is left, it can not be changed"

If you leave negative feedback for a big seller however it can be removed. Go figure.

I did this once. I was doing feedback on my phone and my finger accidentally touched the wrong spot. I got it removed only by calling ebay customer service, getting to a human being, and they were able to delete my feedback.
