I'm waiting on two shipments, neither of them an ebay purchase, both of printed matter. One ordered 8-15 from a bookseller the other a week after from a magazine dealer, both in the UK. The book seller tells me they are hearing from a lot of their customers about long delays in receipt.
Any idea what might be happening? Just wondering, I've not ever seen this sort of delay from the UK.
The issue may be closer to home. For the last week we've received just little dabs of pizza coupons and political ads every day. That and catalogs. From past experience our local carrier office does this when a regular carrier is off on vacation, apparently using the sub to work off accumulated lower class mail. I think it's against their regs but I know they do it.
