inherited a lot of stamps from my grandfather (who didn't?) many years ago...actually the basis for my rather large US collection today. One of the more unusual items was what I can only describe as a Penny Black essay. Way back then I didn't know what it was. I let it go cheap. Could kick myself today. Anyone ever seen one before?
