My political answer is that I see a bisect that has been cut in half diagonally.

I have a couple of bisects in my collection, but on piece and cancelled. The above stamp may or may not be legitimate

Wow, a bisect- what a pair of scissors can do. Even if it was on piece at least!

The only bisect I have in my collection is the one between the stamps I posses and the ones I don't have.

Well, matched bisect pairs are a legitimate scarcity, with currently only 13 reported pairs (that I have been able to find to include in my census). There are likely more out there.

However, this ain't them.
