Thematic - Documents/Texts On Stamps

I was looking through my box of stamps and saw a stamp with a document on it, this piqued my interest I looked through my local catalogue (SACC) and saw that South Africa has issued quite a few of this type of stamps. Was wondering if there was anyone else collecting this topic and what would the topic be called
here are some examples I found on the net, will post my actual stamps that I have as and when I acquire them.





There are several different subjects such as Bible verse, anthems letters etc. etc...

As a new member, I can't post the link to the ATA Topical Listing, but Religious Texts is Topical #75 under Religion/General Religion, printing/printing presses is #286. There are quite a few under Literature, and the above may fall under Society/Governance. Perhaps we could call it 'epeolatrely' from 'epeolatry' (the worship of words)? A step above bibliophilia, I suppose.
