Are These Tete Beche Pairs?

I have these two imperf pairs from the Colombian state of Cundinamarca.
The photo of the current Scott's catalog shows these as #11, they're redrawn, as there's no period after Colombia.
Are these considered Tete Beche Pairs, as in #11a?

On the picture upper left stamp is tete-beche.
Your stamps are "ordinary" pairs.
