Is this Penny Red considered as mint? If so how much it might be worth?

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but there appears to be a cancellation around the neck area. There are also cut perforations at the top, more damage to the top left-hand corner and a possible thin to the bottom of the stamp.

Also, generally "mint" means perfect condition; at best this would be an unused Penny Red, as there appears to be no or only trace gum.

Agree.
I would consider it used.

It could be mint. The mark on the back could be showing through on the front.

In any event the condition is poor so not a whole lot of value in this one.

Average mounted mint stamp of this plate would be around 6 or 7 UK pounds. In that condition it is a space-filler and worth maybe, on a good day, one UK pound... if mint. Used it would be a penny or two.

That's your opinion,
mine differs, I see a cancellation (perhaps cleaned)
My opinion, it is used.

The reverse side looks pretty rough. There might be thins, tears, creases and also paper remnants hiding other damage. Not unusual with classic stamps.
