Hello all,

I read with great interest a thread that directed me here: http://www.stampsmarter.com/learnin...atalogs.html

Excellent references, excellent writing.

Are there any modern equivalents of said catalog, along with values?

I recently acquired tens of thousands of revenue stamps from all over the world, neatly cataloged in Forbin order on approval books dating from the 1910s. Some of the stamps recorded are quite interesting bearing dates from the 1790s. Some very interesting India revenues, and even a Flour revenue from Argentina.

Once I sort through it, I will post pictures.

Hi

Probably the best, current resource for worldwide revenue stamps are the catalogs from Barefoot and Hall.

Here is a list of what they have produced.

Note that working copies of some of the smaller, more recent Barefoot works are available as free PDFs on the Barefoot website.

Thank you all, I had the Barefoot site under my reference pages, but not the Wiki link. I also reached out to Moreland Revenues on my Twitter handle and he offered to help with Canadian revenues. I really can't wait to dig through the thousands of Fiscals I acquired. I did see another thread about posting what we recently bought. I'll get some pics to post there.

What ever happened with posting some of the revenues. It looked really interesting.
