A fun philatelic cover from the Oakland Hotel and the Expo in November, 1928.
5c Airmail

I assume where my grandfather was busy collecting and trading for the stamp collection he gave me.

And the hotel is still there, as Hotel Oakland, on 13th between Harrison and Alice.

Thank you ikeyPikey. Great article. I was wondering who would comment on the stamp. I am sure my Grandfather picked it for a reason. I have several similar stamps in my (his) collection.
