What Do You Call These Cut Out Stamps?

I need some direction. What do you call these and where do I look them up. Do they have Scott numbers? Are they worth anything? Thanks

These are cut squares from postal stationary; value is minimal as most prefer having the entire cover or card

They are called "cut squares". Folks do collect them although complete covers are preferred. Quite some of these are listed in the Scott specialized catalog.
