I have these two stamps from Uruguay.
It looks like Uruguay 1945, Scott #542.
I see a difference in size, color and perforation, but could not find any record of it.
From another site I copied what is written about it, but in all the variants mentioned there, nothing relates to the 3 differences (only mentions unperforated).
Are these the same stamp?

Michel goes with perfs 11,11˝ (the standard) and 12˝, and imperf top/bottom.

Uruguyan Ciardi catalogue mentions two shades.

There's no mention of different design sizes, but they can be created by number of causes (during and after printing). Likely they also explain various perforations (and why Ciardi goes with perf 11˝ only).
