You know, a few billion losses here and a few billion losses there, and pretty soon, that's going to add up to some real money.

It's just a matter of time, I think.

Too many Vice-Presidents each making big money ,plus very high health care cost ,plus large pensions all equal a out of control organization .

When the postage rates go up again we can be sure of one thing,
