It looks like a shill bidder, but with only 14 transactions, I'm not sure how dedicated the bidder was.

It could also be someone who's extremely nervous about bidding? I'm trying to be generous here.

FInally, it could just be a clown who thinks it's funny to mess with a seller's listing....

Have gone for the jugular on this one. A long online chat to ebay. Every step revealed fully.

Last and only 2nd bid 1c under my top amount. Even though it is a good price I hate this form of corruption.
