Just found these in a small envelope in the back of mostly German stamps. Any opinions? Reperfed?

I would say trimmed rather than reperfed.

Several have some larger borders. Hard to think they were perfed from imperfs.

These were all trimmed. Some probably came from sheet margin examples where they had natural straight edges.
