Scott #1077 75o slate green booklet

Facit Sweden H275 says there are two types of 75o booklets
One worth 10X more that the other.

What is the difference between the two type?
How can you tell them apart?

My very old Facit shows H275 as 2 varieties. H275B has "Lennart Askvall" on the cover and is higher priced than H275A (no such inscription).
