Not necessarily. Many used stamps are valued higher than unused.
The value of everything is a relative term. The true value is what some is willing to pay for it. This is very true for stamps. Furthermore, condition is everything for the value of a stamp.
As for the grade, your stamp has faults, so it is automatically poor.
It looks like you came around an assortment of some very common stamps in poor condition. If you still think that there may be some valuable stamps, you can get a copy of scotts standard catalog in your library. Or you can go to stampworld.com and look up your stamps there. This way it is fun and informative. And remember that condition is everything. I personally sold a stamp with a value of $1,000.00 in very good condition for $1.00 because of its poor condition, and it took a while for me to sell it.
