Buying From A Seller Outside The Usa? Seller From Romania

I'm bidding on a postal card that the seller is located in Romania.

Most of my purchases have been from sellers inside the US with a handful from Canada and 1 from England.

The seller has been a longtime seller on ebay and has stellar feedback.

As long as I use Paypal. I shouldn't have any trouble should I?

Anyone have experience/insight buying from sellers in Romania?

Well, as long as the country is not on paypal's bad list you should be good-
What is nice your purchase is covered by paypal right?

I've bought postcards from a seller in Romania (marro_vintage) without any problems.

Have bought from folks in multiple countries in Western/Central/Southern Europe (inc. Romania) and never had an issue. Using Paypal on ebay or Hipstamp.

You seller's feedback and your use of PayPal are two safety measures that should give you confidence in doing such a transaction.

Be careful about the first part of this statement. Accounts can be purchased with feedback already in place. I'm not saying that you should be concerned, but just be aware of this issue.
