Well, he isn't lying. It IS MOSTLY a 296, and it DOES have a light cancel, and he DOES disclose the POSSIBLE repair. So...........

Boy, that repaired corner is quite subtle and was quite expertly done (he said sarcastically).

I'm not sure I'd even consider that as a repair.

Maybe just two stamps glued together.
