Before I joined this forum I saw somewhere that one could buy plate blocks at a substantial discount to face. After joining, I forgot where on the site I had seen the post!! Can someone direct me ta dealer who can get me started? I am particularly interested in buying a large packet of all different plate blocks which will give me a nucleus from which to start.

Perf, your best bet would be ebay or Hipstamp in my opinion. Also, being an APS member would give you advertisements in the Journal and Linn's has plenty of info in the classifieds
Sorsh-- I forgot that there is a world out there besides the USA!!! I collect only US, and am looking to start a PB collection. I plan to start with one of each issue, and then progress to try and get all the plate #'s
