I'm trying to help a german friend.
I thought they were cut-out from postal stationery cards or letters.
But I can't find them anywhere.

For the 1st stamp it looks like an Essay of 1863 (around this time period).
The embossed head exists in the "Grazioli Saggi 1863" Graziole essays of 1863.
Others submitted essays like "Ronchi","Pellas" but Their essays did not have embossed heads.In your stamp the embossed head has many characteristics of the "Grazioli" essay.
Below an example of the "Grazioli" essay.They exist in different values.

The 2nd one ""Sellos Dominicanos" Dominican ?. It has the same shield design.
