Hi

I have here 2 stamp sheets that came from a first issue reissue of the famous Inverted Jenny release.

Does the Ink blotting and missing parts of the frame increase the value of the stamp sheet ?

No increased value as the printing was poorly done. Sound copies would be harder to find.

Not to be pedantic, but printing anomalies do not make a stamp unsound. They may not be desirable to many collectors, but they are sound stamps with respect to damage or faults, at least by traditional philatelic standards.

Depending on the printing anomaly in question, they might actually be more desirable to a flyspecker.

these are not constant plate varieties, just sloppy printing that plagued this issue
