You can get one on ebay for as low as $15. It does not need to be new unless the catalog values are a concern.

Wouldn't the green line at top indicate a top row bottom pane sheet stamp? I wasn't aware of booklet panes having a green line?

yes, it can, see the first image in the Scott specialized section "booklets: panes & covers" which shows the 180 subject plate.
or also this image:

Richar, While the responses of reedededge and the subsequent posts are correct (you do have a pair from a booklet pane), I hope it illustrates the value to obtaining a Scott Specialized catalog. Paging through a copy for a few minutes a month at a club meeting is not sufficient. It is far more difficult to become knowledgeable when one skimps on the basic literature in an area of interest. One can see farther by standing on the shoulders of giants.

In this case, as was pointed out, the straight edges at left/right of the pair prove booklet pane origin. Additionally, on sheet stamps, the horizontal guideline is a cut line and will always have a straight edge as the 4 panes are cut for retail sale. On booklets of this era, the horizontal guideline falls within a pane and will always be perforated. As an example:

Left - sheet stamp (with the vertical guide line not showing due to the close cut.)
Right - booklet stamp

I've shown this booklet single before ... the third stamp from booklet pane position 11, showing the end of the arrow at upper left. Most of these arrow tips would have been cut off.

John, so it's safe to say on these if there is a horizontal guide line on a perforated edge (for lack of better term) it must be a booklet pane? Sorry but due to some family issues my stamp room has been repurposed and I won't have access to my catalogs for another week or so.

Since we have taken this discussion to the next level, I will pose one other hypothetical. If John's single
sheet stamp on the left were from one position north, it would be impossible to distinguish from a middle single booklet pane stamp (void of the horizontal guideline, of course). But, because you have both an attached left and right pane stamp, and both the east and west sides have natural straight edges, there is no other explanation than a booklet pane pair. As John pointed out, reference material like a USSSC are invaluable tools, and quite honestly, if you're passionate about the hobby, you should not go another day without one.
