Hep With Identification For Washington Stamps

The first image is from a perf 12 stamp, and I can not make out water mark, I do not see one. Look at the 2nd image, there appears to clearly be a second line in the ribbon. Nothing I can find other than the usual one line in each ribbon or two. In the second stamp, the thickness of the left two is very confusing with so many variations. Can anyone help I.D.? The second stamp is perf 11.

the first stamp needs a picture that shows all the perforations, not a partial.
the second stamp is a type VI offset.

Suggestion: Scans of the full stamps showing the perforations would be helpful to the thread.

Stamp 1: If perf 12, it must be Scott 406. The only perf 12 # of this design. Thus it must have a watermark, the single line version, which may have only a small piece of a single letter showing whether you find it or not. It is also Type I, regardless of any slight variation in ribbons or lines.

Stamp 2: Offset printing. Yes, you are on the right track. The very thick line in the left 2 is the key to type VI.
