Does anyone know where I can find a US Stamp Decoder? This is no longer offered by the USPS, and I'm looking to buy one on the secondary market.

Initially were these free or less than $5??? Does this item add value to my collection? WOW!!!! $45-$50 prices. I have a deck of playing cards from the USPS Training Center in Potomac MD. Any offers??

What is interesting is the decoder increased in value more than all of the encoded stamps listed here, probably due to it being the rarity :)
